At times, we can feel depleted, seeking meaningful connections and the sparkle of joy, the levity necessary to live a more positive life.

Our students have all made significant life changes, in connecting with their humorous self, deepening their relationships, reclaimed their power, and most importantly, understand the power of laughter.
FINDING LEVITY WAS BORN IN August 2019 WITH AN INTENTION TO LEAD WOMEN TO live a life of laughter.
I’m an executive coach, an expert in transformational humour, a laughter yoga teacher, and I have created a fun & groundbreaking experience for you.
My intention is to create a space for you to explore the levity side of life, to discover your humorous self and reclaim your power. I want you to feel more powerful, more positive and to have the confidence that you can do anything and be anything you want.
By the end of the retreat, you will feel powerful, reconnected, happy with your life and excited about the future.
This retreat is a place for you to unplug, connect with others, reconnect with yourself, and to enjoy the daily benefits of laugher, culture, movement, delicious food, and being in beautiful southern France.
